Job Duties: Under the supervision of the Attorney in charge, explain legal procedures to clients in both English and Spanish. Draft Motions relating to different State Courts. Analyze and understand Immigration Law procedures. Evaluate, and apply Immigration Courts’ case laws. Work on petitions and motions with opposing parties’ and Court’s offices, prepare Clients to face court hearings and different agencies interviews. Execute legal analysis of each case and gather facts. Draft requests, petitions, and applications to different State agencies. Review cases with Attorneys, plan, discuss and confirm legal strategies. Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Equivalent + 1 year of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted. Bar Admission is not a requirement. Location: Norcross, GA.
